Dubai flooring firm Avant ties up with NCC for India entry
NCC Urban, a subsidiary of diversified construction group NCC Ltd, has tied up with Dubai-based flooring and roofing firm Avant to launch its products in India. Avant, which has a presence in 16 countries, will be bringing in products from its manufacturing facility in China and seek to carve out a new segment in the domestic flooring and roofing market.
NCC Urban to take up more projects in South
NCC Urban Infrastructure Ltd has sewn up plans to take up 10 residential and commercial projects in South India, entailing a built-up area of 2.5 million sq.ft.The company launched six projects, both apartments and villas, in Bengaluru, which are expected to generate a turnover of Rs 250 crore per year. Ventures in Hyderabad, Kochi and Chennai are set for launch in the next two to three months," said Mr Narayana Raju Alluri, Managing Director of NCC Urban, a subsidiary of Hyderabad-based construction major NCC Ltd.
